b8vzwJill Swersie has painted professionally for twenty years. Since 1993 she's also been teaching oil painting classes to senior citizens at the Dunmore Senior Center in Dunmore, Pennsylvania and at the Buck Hill Art Association in Buck Hill Falls, Pennsylvania. Her work has been showcased numerous times at the historic Dutot Museum in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania as well as at the Hazelton Art League of Pennsylvania. Her paintings have also been seen at various local restaurants, banks, and businesses, and she has participated in numerous Pennsylvania and New Jersey solo and group art shows. Her style of oil painting ranges from impressionism to realism and her subjects include landscapes, still-lifes, animals, and whimsical people.
